Reality goes abroad in this ABC project that sends American contestants overseas to Japan to compete in challenges in a foreign culture. Whoever adapts best to Japanese culture and each episode's challenges wins $250,000.
In the second-season finale, the five finalists must play "catch" with a noxious fish sauce (and the receivers must catch it in their mouths)while dressed in clown costumes. They must also make unusual requests of strangers on Tokyo streets (ask to be tickled, for instance), and pop balloons while jumping on a trampoline and wearing gloves that approximate gorilla hands.
The six remaining contestants compete in a milk relay race dressed as cats, attempt to score goals using a giant foot to punt the ball with, and throw themselves against a wall using a trampoline while wearing Velcro suits.
This weeks teams will be faced with catching as many fish as possible within 2 minutes and 30 seconds from a tank of icy water with only their mouths. Next, they will run an obstacle course while dressed as babies. And lastly, each contestant will slide down a wall while attempting to throw balls into one of two holes before reaching the ground. Most balls scored in 2 1/2 minutes wins.
The eight remaining contestants will face off against the following games: kicking a soccer ball into a goal while wearing goggles that alter depth perception; and try to get golf balls stuck on a sticky surface while their opponents try removing them using a golf club.
10 Americans are taken to Japan divided into two teams and move into their not-so-fancy digs in Tokyo, to compete in the ultimate Japanese game show. Next they head to the set to compete in the most unusual events. The results determine who will come home with the ultimate prize.
The remaining 10 players will be challenged to blow ping pong balls into bins while being attacked by their opponents with foam hammers, transport milk on a conveyor belt while wearing goggles which are slightly impaired, and try to break balloons by belly flopping on them.
Challenges facing the 11 remaining contestants include catching tennis balls fired at them in the large pants they're wearing; and finding articles of clothing in a pit of flour and putting them on a mannequin that they're told is Judge Bob. There's also an obstacle course to be negotiated while slathered with lotion.

In the opener, contestants must eat food from a plate perched on the head of a teammate running in place on a treadmill, and "launch" themselves into a giant replica of an auto windshield while dressed in bug costumes.
