The high-profile chef Marco Pierre White will host a competition that takes place in the restaurants of New York City. Each week, the contestants will have to completely renovate, organize and develop a signature dish for a restaurant. They winners will have the chance to open their own restaurant.
The teams shop for ingredients in Little Italy and prepare lunch for Italian customers, including Vincent Pastore, Federico Castelluccio and Mario Batali. Also: The teams compete for an espresso machine and barista services by whipping up quick meals.
The remaining couples prepare dishes featuring aphrodisiacs. The winning pair gain access to an exclusive wine cellar and meet with a sommelier to learn about pairing wine and food. Later, the teams plan a romantic night of service for singles on blind dates and an undercover food critic.
First the two teams have to prepare dishes inspired by nature using herbs from the Central Park. Then they have to run a dinner service without any reservations.
After Khoa and Denise being eliminated, the Black Team must now compete with three couples against four couples of the Red Team. They must redecorate their restaurants for a Dinner Party of New York's Top Designers
Under the guidance of Gourmet Chef Marc Pierre White from UK two teams of four couple each have to open two restaurants in Manhattan in less than one day. Head chef of each team is chosen by Chef White according to their cooking skills.
