The BFF wannabes become parents when Paris presents them with some very demanding "Baby Paris" dolls for them to care for and dress up for a fashion show with Lil' Kim.
The cast learns about friendship from behind bars when Paris sends them to jail. Later, Paris asks friends DJ Paul and Juicy J of Three 6 Mafia to interrogate the everyone to find out who is really there for her. In the end, two contestants head home during an exciting prison elimination.
The 10 remaining hopefuls host a dinner party for Paris' family and friends.
The BFF hopefuls get down and dirty in a giant cupcake. Later they participate in the inaugural Miss Paris Pageant, and the drama heats up during elimination.
The new potential BFFs move into their Beverly Hills mansion. Paris presides over a sorority-style hazing which has some contestants not being able to handle. Later a scandalous bachelor party forces the group to choose between sisters and misters with the elimination upcoming.
In the season two opener, Paris Hilton continues to search for a new best friend. 13 girls and 1 guy compete to be Paris' BFF.
