Having moved away from home and away from the eye of her over protective father, Brooke ventures to Miami to make it on her own both in the world of music and as a responsible adult.

Glenn's hometown high school has invited him to speak to the students. It's the first time he's returned back home since being on Brooke's show and announcing he is gay, and wonders how his family and friends will react. Brooke and Ashley tag along to offer emotional support and to learn some lessons concerning life on a farm.
Hulk gets invited to check out NASA's training center for the upcoming Space Shuttle launch so he brings along Brooke and her roommates and his new girlfriend Jennifer. But roommate Glenn pines for the new boyfriend he left back in Miami. Will the romance survive a trip to simulated space
Hulk sets up a musical collaboration with an up and coming new artist named Colby O'Donis and sparks fly between the two singers. But Hulk is concerned when Colby's father describes his son as being able to charm any woman.
Brooke and her mother begin to mend fences, even though Brooke's still uncomfortable about Linda's relationship with a younger man.
Ashley and Brooke are invited to a yacht party that doesn't meet their expectations.
After a flurry of disappointing dates, Brooke's roommate Glenn is frustrated with the state of his love life. Brooke makes a shocking suggestion -- maybe he should think about dating girls again. Glenn says it's not that easy to switch teams, and challenges Brooke to think of it the same way: how does she know she doesn't like girls? So all the roommates decide to date girls for a night to see how the other half lives.
The Hogan family has been through a lot in the last year and Brooke is struggling to find her bearings. Her parents are in the middle of a nasty divorce. Dad has a new younger girlfriend who Brooke wants to meet. Mom also has a new younger boyfriend and Brooke hasn't spoken to her in nearly 10 months. How can Brooke keep her sanity and be the rock of the broken family?
